When registering a company as a supplier: we collect its company name, contact email, supplier type, materials, consent to review its details and contact it about supply opportunities, and campaign source where provided. Details are stored privately and an internal notification is sent to the PLAXRAW team. Supplier details are not published in a public directory. A submitted email or initial registration does not verify or approve a company. Registration does not subscribe the supplier to general promotional newsletters. We use a secure session to protect form submission and a temporary digest derived from the network address to limit abuse. This form does not send customer details to suppliers. To update your details or withdraw consent, email info@plaxraw.com with your registration reference.
- When you choose Google sign-in: we store your Google account identifier, name, email, and your promotional-email preference and its change history. An internal notification to the PLAXRAW team includes your name, email, page language, registration time, and promotional-email choice. We do not request your Google password or access to your inbox or contacts.
- Information you provide directly: name, company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and request details (product, quantity, attached technical files) when you use our contact form or request a quote.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referral source, via analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Communications data: the content of messages you send us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
We do not collect payment card or sensitive financial data through the website; pricing and payment are handled through direct communication with our team.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Responding to your inquiries, quote requests, and sample requests.
- Processing orders and following up on shipping and delivery.
- Improving site content and user experience based on aggregated usage data.

When sign-in is enabled, we use a secure session cookie lasting up to 30 days. Sessions may end earlier depending on server settings. Browser session storage remembers when you dismiss the sign-in invitation. Google's sign-in service processes authentication data under Google's privacy policy.
